Booking a reading

By booking a reading you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are booking for yourself. All prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Delivery

The 1 Question reading is delivered in writing by email. The 20 and 40 minute readings are delivered as a private recording link by email. Readings are delivered within 2–5 business days of booking; if the schedule is unusually full you will be told.

Please make sure the email address you provide is correct — readings are sent there.

Refunds and cancellations

Because each reading is prepared personally for you, a reading that has already been completed and delivered cannot be refunded. If you need to cancel before your reading has been started, get in touch as soon as possible and a refund will be arranged.

If a technical problem stops you from receiving your reading, it will be re-sent at no cost.

Nature of the service

Readings are provided for personal insight and reflection. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and you remain responsible for your own decisions.

Respectful conduct

Readings are a judgement-free space, and the same respect is asked in return. Abusive or threatening messages end the working relationship and any undelivered reading may be refunded and cancelled.

Your reading is yours

Your recording or written reading is for your personal use. Please don't republish or sell it. Sharing it privately with someone close to you is absolutely fine.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version always appears here.
