What is collected

When you book a reading or send a message, you share information such as your name, email address and the details of the question you would like read. Only what you choose to share is collected.

Basic, non-identifying usage information may also be gathered to understand which pages are useful and how the site performs.

How it is used

Your information is used to deliver the reading you booked, to answer your messages, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional email guidance. It is never sold or rented.

Payments

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. Card details are entered with that provider and are never stored on this site.

Confidentiality of readings

The content of your reading and anything you share in preparation for it is treated as private. Readings are only ever sent to you.

Email and marketing

If you join the email list you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and your address is removed.

Your choices

You may ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send that request through the contact page and it will be actioned.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
